Dear Reader,
small talk in Tokyo on a very hot summer night at midnight… I had landed couple of hours before and then I was starving and dreaming of one of my favourite Japanese dishes: katsudon!

Someone: “Katsu what?!”

Stanito: “Katsudon :O never heard of it?”

Someone: “No, what is it?”

Stanito:”Katsudon is an exquisit mix of flavours and quite simple dish: a bowl of rice topped with pork cutlet, egg and onion. A nice variation from typical sushi. Absolutely delicious! :)”

Someone: “Sounds like a Japanese version of Chilean chorrillana to me…”

I can’t disagree with that 🙂 and Stanito’s quest for awesome food continues… Everywhere.
